Few Words About Me
As a young man, I had the desire to work with my hands—and more importantly, with my creativity. I believed that becoming a chef would give me exactly that; the chance to experiment with flavors, combine ingredients in new ways, and create a sensory experience for others.
Back then, over 3 decades ago, the industry wasn’t quite ready for unconventional minds like mine.
But during my education, I discovered something far more valuable: I loved working with complex processes, solving problems collaboratively, and building something as part of a team. And I was good at it.
Now in my late forties, I’ve gained some patina and maybe a few dents along the way. I like to call that character. With time has come experience, and with experience, clarity. Over the past 20 years as an independent consultant, I have become more persistent, thoughtful, and calm under pressure.
But one thing hasn’t changed: I still bring passion to every project. I see challenges as opportunities, and I genuinely enjoy working in international, interdisciplinary teams—bringing structure, energy, and focus to every collaboration. What defines me today is a strong foundation of experience, a clear sense of structure, and the ability to think abstractly to understand and improve complex systems. I work best as part of a team—whether as a hands-on contributor, a strategic coach, or a calm leader who keeps everyone focused on results.
